Diners can indulge themselves with dishes such as Roast Scallops with Pumpkin and Mandarin Purée, Trompettes and Ginger, followed by Crisp Pressed Suckling Pig with Mangosteens, Mollasses, Salsify and Ham Beignet, before finishing with a light Trio of Small Crème Brulees with Ice Cream and Madeleines.
